420Nurses does not guarantee the identity, background, qualifications, intentions, conduct, or accuracy of statements made by another user.

Use appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting people you encounter through the Services.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, posts, reviews, comments, and other content you submit to 420Nurses (“User Content”), subject to any rights held by others.

By submitting User Content, you grant 420Nurses a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, technically modify, distribute, and make the content available as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services.

For example, we may resize an uploaded photograph or display a public post in another area of the platform.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to 420Nurses.

You represent that:

You own the content or have permission to submit it
Your content does not violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
You have appropriate permission from individuals depicted in content where required
Your content does not violate applicable law
Your content does not violate these Terms or our community rules

You may remove certain User Content using available account features. Copies may remain in backups or where the content was previously shared or stored by other users.

5. Reviews and Opinions

420Nurses may allow customers or users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or opinions.

You may share your honest opinions about 420Nurses, our products, services, events, or experiences.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from providing an honest review or expressing a lawful opinion.

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain knowingly false information, impersonation, fraud, spam, unlawful content, or content submitted in violation of another person's rights.

420Nurses may moderate content for violations of our policies but will not require a review to be positive.

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. 420Nurses Brand and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the 420Nurses name, logos, website design, graphics, software, text, branding, and other materials provided by 420Nurses are owned by or licensed to 420Nurses and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from 420Nurses intellectual property without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of 420Nurses intellectual property to you.

8. Products and Online Store

420Nurses may offer merchandise, packages, services, or other products through its online store.

We attempt to describe products accurately, but colors, dimensions, packaging, appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

9. Prices and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due according to the terms displayed during checkout.

An order is not considered accepted merely because an order request has been submitted.

Certain custom products, Intern Packages, Chapter Leader Packages, Photographer Packages, membership-related packages, promotional packages, or other bundled offerings may have special conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, custom and personalized products and designated packages are considered final sale except when a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Descriptions provided on the applicable product or package page form part of the applicable purchase terms.

12. Influencers, Affiliates, Referrals, and Promotions

420Nurses may operate:

Influencer programs
Affiliate programs
Referral programs
Rewards programs
Points programs
Ambassador programs
Contests
Giveaways
Promotional campaigns

Additional rules may apply to individual programs.

Participants are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements when promoting 420Nurses or receiving compensation, commissions, free products, rewards, points, or other benefits.

Participants must not:

Make false or misleading claims
Misrepresent their relationship with 420Nurses
Create fake transactions
Manipulate commissions or rewards
Submit fraudulent referrals
Create fake reviews
Hide a material financial or promotional relationship when disclosure is legally required

We may withhold or reverse rewards or commissions associated with fraud, canceled orders, returns, chargebacks, or program abuse.

13. Points and Rewards

If 420Nurses offers points, rewards, credits, achievements, or similar features, they have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

Points and rewards:

Are not legal currency
May be subject to additional program rules
May expire if disclosed in applicable program terms
May not be transferred unless specifically permitted
May be reversed when obtained through fraud, error, refunded purchases, or prohibited activity

420Nurses may modify a rewards program prospectively, subject to applicable law and any specific program terms.

14. Events

420Nurses may organize, promote, sponsor, or provide information about events.

Event dates, locations, performers, activities, admission requirements, and other details may change.

Venues may impose separate rules, including:

Age restrictions
Identification requirements
Security procedures
Dress codes
Prohibited-item rules
Entry requirements

Purchasing a ticket or registering for an event does not override venue rules or applicable law.

Third-party events promoted through 420Nurses may be operated independently. 420Nurses is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent event organizers unless otherwise required by law.

15. No Professional or Medical Advice

Content available through 420Nurses is primarily provided for social, community, entertainment, informational, and commercial purposes.

The use of the word “Nurses” in the 420Nurses name does not mean that all users or representatives are licensed medical professionals.

Cannabis-related discussions or content are not a substitute for professional medical advice or compliance with applicable laws.
